Core Job Responsibilities
I. Medical Unit Onboarding and Quality Management

Plan and lead the recruitment and onboarding process for medical units, ensuring newly onboarded units meet ThéraPay's service standards and compliance requirements.

Supervise the implementation of medical service quality standards across all partner institutions, organizing regular evaluations and optimizations.

Continuously improve service processes based on operational data and patient feedback to enhance medical quality and patient satisfaction.
II. Market Growth Strategy Formulation and Execution

Develop and implement medical network expansion strategies to drive growth in both institutions and patient numbers.

Design phased and measurable growth plans based on market data, user behavior, and regional opportunities.

Monitor key growth indicators and dynamically adjust strategies to achieve continuous and efficient expansion.
III. Specialist Patient Referral and Continuous Care Management

Establish a seamless referral mechanism between specialist hospitals and continuous medical services, ensuring high-quality post-operative or chronic disease management continuity.

Promote the implementation of the Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) model to optimize the patient's entire lifecycle experience.

Establish a patient health data tracking system to strengthen retention and adherence management.
IV. Medical Ecosystem and Platform Integration

Collaborate with internal teams (operations, technology, compliance, etc.) and external medical service providers to promote the efficient operation of the ecosystem.

Be responsible for promoting the seamless integration of partner units onto the D1 Nexus platform, enabling data sharing and cross-institutional collaboration.

Foster service integration and resource sharing to improve overall diagnosis and treatment efficiency.
Qualifications
Professional Background and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in Medicine, Public Health, Health Management, Marketing, or related fields.

A minimum of 8 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role leading medical network expansion or patient service teams.

Familiarity with domestic and international healthcare systems; experience in service institution credentialing, medical quality supervision, or continuous care management is preferred.

Experience in cross-platform service collaboration, digital health platforms, or value-based care payment systems is a plus.

Fluent in both Chinese and English, with professional-level medical terminology communication skills, capable of collaborating within international teams and engaging in external communication.
