Medical Quality and Patient Safety

In the Famililab.care medical ecosystem, medical quality and patient safety are our top priorities in healthcare services. We understand that patient safety is not only a key indicator of healthcare quality, but is also closely related to health outcomes, treatment effectiveness, and continuous improvement in medical services. To ensure that all patients receive high-quality healthcare in a safe environment, we strictly adhere to globally recognized quality standards within our platform and provide comprehensive patient safety protection for all institutions and personnel involved in the medical service matrix.

Our Commitment

1 / Risk Identification and Management

Using the D1Nexus health digital engine, we monitor patients' medical data in real time to quickly identify potential safety risks. We provide early warnings and intervention suggestions to healthcare providers, ensuring that patients receive safe medical care at every stage of their treatment.

2 / Standardized Processes and Protocols

We implement recognized quality control systems, including PCMH (Patient-Centered Medical Home), JCI (Joint Commission International), CLIA (Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments), ISO 15189, and CAP (College of American Pathologists) certifications. All healthcare service providers must adhere to unified international quality control standards, ensuring the standardization of service processes, treatment methods, and medication use, to minimize medical errors and safety risks to the greatest extent.

*All healthcare service providers in the matrix will obtain all international quality standard certifications within three years of joining, ensuring that during the delivery of healthcare services, unified quality standards and protocols are followed, with a commitment to safeguarding patient safety and health.

3 /CCMM Seven-Level

To further enhance patient safety and healthcare quality, we have introduced the CCMM (Continuous Care Maturity Model) Seven-Level Standard. This standard grades the maturity of healthcare services, ensuring that each level, from the initial stage to the final efficient service phase, adheres to high standards and strict requirements, while undergoing continuous evaluation and optimization. Through the CCMM Seven-Level Standard, we ensure that healthcare providers continuously progress and improve in service quality and patient safety, thus offering patients comprehensive, systematic health protection.

4 /Continuous Quality Improvement and Learning

We encourage all parties in the medical service matrix to establish continuous quality improvement mechanisms, conduct regular patient safety training and case analyses, and drive healthcare professionals to continuously enhance their knowledge and skills in patient safety. Through learning and feedback mechanisms, we continuously optimize service processes to ensure the safety of patients throughout their treatment journey.

Patient Experience and Patient Advocacy

Patient experience and patient advocacy are key components of our healthcare quality system. They not only pertain to the patient's feelings and the quality of service during the medical process but also directly influence treatment outcomes and long-term health results.

We continuously optimize communication, offer personalized care, and protect patient rights to ensure that every patient feels supported and valued throughout their treatment journey.

We strive to provide exceptional medical experiences, continuously improving the quality of care, while safeguarding patient rights and ensuring their voices are fully respected."

Patient Experience

"Patient experience involves the interaction between patients and healthcare services throughout the entire treatment process. This includes aspects such as the communication style of doctors, service attitude, treatment process efficiency, comfort of the healthcare environment, and the degree of patient involvement in decision-making. Good communication and transparent treatment plans help patients understand and actively cooperate with their treatment. The care and respect shown by healthcare providers ensure personalized services for patients. The convenience and efficiency of the diagnosis and treatment process reduce unnecessary waiting and complex procedures. A comfortable healthcare environment enhances the overall patient experience, while patient involvement in treatment decisions strengthens their trust and reliance on the medical process. Overall, a high-quality patient experience not only boosts patient trust and adherence to treatment but also promotes continuous improvement in healthcare quality."

Patient Advocacy

Patient advocacy focuses on safeguarding the rights of patients during the healthcare process, ensuring that their voices and needs are respected and supported. The core of patient advocacy is to provide transparent and easy-to-understand medical information, helping patients make informed choices and have a significant say in their healthcare decisions. Additionally, patient advocacy ensures fair treatment when patients face treatment options, protecting their legal rights. It also includes providing emotional support during the treatment process to help patients cope with psychological stress. The implementation of patient advocacy makes patients feel supported when facing medical challenges, further improving their health outcomes.
