Key Responsibilities:

• Lead recruitment and onboarding of medical units, ensuring service and compliance standards.

• Develop and execute data-driven market growth strategies for institutional and patient acquisition.

• Establish seamless specialist referral and continuous care pathways, championing the Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) model.

• Drive partner integration with the D1 Nexus platform to enhance collaboration and operational efficiency.

• Oversee medical service quality and implement improvements based on data and feedback.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Public Health, Health Management, Marketing, or related field.

• Minimum 8 years of healthcare industry experience, with 3+ years in a managerial role leading medical network expansion or patient service teams.

• Familiarity with domestic and international healthcare systems.

• Preferred experience in service institution credentialing, medical quality supervision, continuous care management, digital health platforms, or value-based care.

• Fluent in both Chinese and English, with professional-level medical terminology communication skills.
